If we had our druthers, all shipping would be free all the time! Alas, package deliverers need to earn a living too, and as a small business we don’t get the discounts offered to the big candle makers. But like you, we also aren’t happy when shipping rates are unexpectedly high – no matter how great a product is.
So we offer a flat-rate matched to your total, and for orders over $200 shipping is less than 8% – anywhere in the U.S. That's more than 15% lower than last year!
In other words, we keep your costs reasonable and cover the rest ourselves. Plus we periodically offer shipping specials in our wholesale newsletter.

We do our best to deliver orders on time. Most candles are handpoured to order, and are ready to ship within a few days depending on your selection and our inventory situation. During the busy holiday season, it may take a few extra days so please plan accordingly!

We ship by UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Transit time to East Coast destinations is typically 2-3 days, Midwest 3-5 days, West Coast 5-7 days, and Alaska, Hawaii and Canada 7-9 days. Larger orders go by UPS Freight or your choice of carrier.
For larger orders, we ship on pallets via UPS Freight or your carrier of choice. Every order is individually hand-packed to avoid any slip-ups, but if yours arrives incorrect or damaged, please call or email us right away – we’ll fix it.
For international orders, we ship by UPS or your carrier of choice and can prepare the NAFTA Certificate of Origin for Canada-bound shipments. Please know that any duty, VAT, customs and similar fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
We’re pretty much always making candles, but our studio is closed on national holidays, and from time to time when kids are on vacation or everyone could use an extra day off. Or if the power goes out from a snowstorm, in which case we go home and light lots of candles.
